Im selling this Advance 13" floor buffer. It works great with little to no issues! Everything is here, it has a power cord, wiring works, has rubber seal and brush that comes with it.

There's is also a metal attatchment that is attached to the brush and you could turn this into a concrete floor buffer or cleaner, you can set it up to prep your garage floor, nice for other attachments and uses!

It has a power cord around 20 feet long so you make it work almost anywhere. It has some rust on it but this is to be expected for its age and use. With a little work im sure you could get the rust off and it would look and work like new!
