Purchased new from Harbor Freight a year ago. In brand new condition; never been outside of garage. Fully assembled with all wiring (with soldered/heat-shrinked splices) harnessed in convoluted tubing and strapped in place. Decking, spare tire, and spare tire carrier included but not installed ($215 total extra value). Decking is premium 3/4" plywood and should be primed & painted (I'd use epoxy paint) before being fastened to trailer. Trailer folds to a 24" deep x 5 ft-3 in. wide footprint.
