We used our 27ft 2017 Coleman Latern (274BH) about two or three times a year for the last 9 years. Local trips to Island Park and Challis only, probably done less than 5,000 miles with it. No leaks, all electrical works (A/C, gas, fridge, range, heater, awning motor). Just replaced all 4 tires in June, repacked bearings and got 2 new batteries. Comes with high quality queen mattress included and sway bars. Freshly detailed, very clean unit! The only item needing replacement is the awning- its faded and torn in one corner, but still functional. I would have done that this summer if we kept the unit. Material seems to be about $400, labor depends on your skills or the mercy of a dealer. Awning motors and arms are fine. Aggressively priced for quick sale. Inside photos will follow within 48 hours.
