This thing can handle a lot of meat and it does a great job.

Any wild game should work great with this or even beef cattle. The biggest job I ever processed on it was a 2 year old buffalo.

It has some use to it. My guess is we have processed 15 wild game animals with it. But i assume it will last a long time.
