PayPalProfessional grade 24 Gallon/90 Liter Honey Creamer by Hillco, purchased in 2023. This is a heavy-duty, food grade machine designed for beekeepers looking to produce velvety creamed honey, infused honey, or custom blends. Built from heave-gauge, food-grade Type 304 stainless steel.
Features a highly efficient drive system designed specifically to hand heavy, thick honey without overheating. Has a 3-phase Industrial PowerMaxx Motor, 1/3 Horsepower, and a base Motor Speed of 1680 RPM. Also has a heavy-duty 40:1 reduction ration and variable speed from 0 to 42 RPM. Electrical output is a standard 110v/120v household wall outlet.
The VFD controller features a pre-programmed 60-minute automated cycle. It operates on a fixed loop of 15 minutes active mixing followed by 45 minutes of rest. The "rest" cycle allows microscopic honey crystals to safely interlock and grow, while the "on" cycle smooths the honey into a consistent texture.
The unit works flawlessly. No issues with the motor, display, or any other mechanical functions. The unit is simply too big for my current operation, and has only been used 4 times. Willing to meet serious buyers if needed.
