Used Thule Apex Swing 4-bike hitch rack in good condition. Features a swing-away design allowing trunk access without removing bikes. Fully functional with minor scuffs from standard use. The rack was used for a few years, and was in storage for the last couple years. All hinges work well. The rack is secured using a 3/4 inch hex bolt.
