VenmoI’m breaking down my saltwater tank. I have fish, coral, and snails/conches available too.
For livestock, I currently have a yellow belly damsel and some SPS coral on the rock that can I piece out. I also have some big turbo, Nassarius snails along with a couple of conches up for grabs.
The dimensions of the tank itself are 72” x 24” x 18”. I have 3 lids for the tank to prevent evaporation, but one of them it’s broken. I have a stand for the tank, but it’s just the regular 150 gallon Petsmart tank stand. As for rocks/substrate, it has about 50lb of rock and 60lb of sand.
For lightning, I have one coral light that I’ve used for all kinds of coral, along with 3 cheap 18” lights if you don’t want any coral. I have an extension cord that runs to the lights that automatically turns them off/on.
I have a fx4 canister filter rated for 300 gallon tanks. I added some active carbon, zeolites, and GFO to make it more suitable for a saltwater setup. I also have an unused 10 gallon fish tank if you want to run a sump with it too.
I currently have 2 heaters in the system. One really nice 500w heater and a backup 300w heater. I’m currently running the tank at 78f, but temperature can adjusted to anything from 70-80
I’m currently running one powerhead for the coral, but I have another that’s not being used.*
I’m currently mixing my own saltwater for this tank, so I also have a 15 gallon bin with a pump that run water to the tank along with an extra 5 gallon bucket of salt.
Here’s some other items I have: Saltwater test kit Salinity tester Extra filtration (just some ceramic beads) Super glue Drip line Extra filtration pieces for different configurations Lots of extra zeolites Lots of extra GFO Nets Portable aerator 10 gallon tank + lid + lights Plastic plants
