VenmoThis is a Conn 14H "Director" tenor trombone, serial P03310, which dates it to 1971 out of the Elkhart, Indiana factory. It's a .485" small bore with a 7½" yellow brass bell, small-shank receiver, and nickel inner slide tubes. The slide is the reason to buy this horn: it's one of the smoothest I've handled, near-new feeling with no hangups or sticky spots anywhere in the stroke. Easy blowing and quick response — a great fit for a student, a doubler, or anyone who wants a light small-bore that just works.
Cosmetically it shows honest wear. There's lacquer loss around the slide receiver, braces, and bell rim, along with the usual scratches and minor dings visible in the photos. One brace was re-soldered, which is why the lacquer looks darker at that joint. It's a solid repair with no movement. No red rot and no dents in the slide tubes. Ships in its original Conn hardshell case with a generic nickel-plated small-shank mouthpiece included. Please look at the pictures.
