This membership has been fantastic for our family. Alas our family has grown too large and it’s time to sell. Just can’t say enough about how much we have enjoyed recreating, hunting, and relaxing as a family with this membership. I highly recommend this resort.

Included with all class A memberships, 10 days in their condos (5 summer & 5 winter) and unlimited use of the full service RV park as well as the dozens of camp sites a few miles from the resort. We probably used the RV park more than the condos. It’s just been awesome.

Soooo much to do. Mini golf, shuffle board, basketball, pickle ball, rifle range, two pools, splash pad, etc. hunting on the 9,000 acres is especially awesome with tags being filled.

We will pay the transfer fee for the buyer. The annual fees have been fully paid through April of 2027.
