I have a 15 year-old Toro 25 cc string trimmer with a tiller, brush, cutter, and edger attachments. THE TORO ENGINE IS NOT STARTING!!

I moved onto a different trimmer so I’m asking $50 for the whole package. I recognize the trimmer does not work, but I assume someone with some basic small engine knowledge should be able to get it up and running quickly. Based on the limited experience I have and time I’ve spent trying to fix it, I assume it just needs a good carburetor cleaning.
