This is a rustic look trailer for sale. Built on a 7x12 trailer. Sleeping portion is 7x7, outside covered porch is 5x7, with kitchen storage including shelving, three drawers and a spice cabinet. Inside has a 30" x 84" lower mattress, 20" x 84 upper mattress. Mattresses can be put below to make an extra long queen size bed (60" x 84"). Has a faucet & sink (drains outside), with a 10 gal tank inside the cabinet. There is a fill spout, and drain to empty the tank outside. 120v outside power is next to the sink. Cabinet on other side has the solar panel controller, 750 w inverter, 120 v power strip, and electrical fuse box inside. Has led light above the lower bunk, and inside led lights. Also has a motion detector light outside the door for the porch. Roof is made from translucent fiberglass panels. No leaks! Solar panels (45w) are mounted on front of trailer. Two 6v batteries are stored under the electrical cabinet with outside access. There are two storage areas with outside access. 2" ball trailer hookup, with jack and four flat electrical hookup. Two stabilizer jacks are under the porch. I used this trailer for scouting events that I was in charge of, as I was a Professional Scouter for 27 years. Used at Silver Moccasin, the Big Event, Camp Steiner, and other numerous events I attended. Has alot of sentimental value to me, so please be respectful of how I feel about it. Price is $2995 obo.
