FIT / HEAD SHAPE This is Arai’s ROUND OVAL (RO) interior shape — shorter front-to-back, a bit wider side-to-side than a typical intermediate oval. If most helmets press the sides of your head, this is the shape you’ve been missing.

Medium fits roughly 57–58 cm (22.4–22.8 in). Measure the widest part of your head, about an inch above the eyebrows and ears.

TWO FIT OPTIONS Currently set up with the thicker 30mm cheek pads for a snug fit. The standard 25mm pads are included and completely unused if you want more room in the cheeks. Swapping takes a minute.
