ZelleLivestock guardian dog. 7/8 Anatolian shepherd, 1/8 Great Pyrenees. He is a year and a half old. I bought him at 4 months old and he’s been living with and guarding my goat herd since.
With the drought, I keep selling down how many goats I have. As of last week, some of my range pasture burned in the Kanosh fire and I am downsizing even more. As a result, I have 3 guard dogs and just do not need 3 anymore for the amount of nannie’s I have. This one is the youngest, so I would like to sell him since I think he will transition to another herd of sheep or goats best.
He is a good guard dog. Calm around people and allows you to pet or catch him.
