WHY PRICED SO LOW: -During launch last Friday 7/31, the 454ci (7.4l) engine sucked water and HYDROLOCKED. Spark plugs immediately pulled and cylinders filled with WD40, but it's seized. It has run flawlessly it's entire life, but I SCREWED UP. I upgraded fresh water system to include a heat exchanger for the transom shower, and didn't realize I left an air pocket in engine water jacket, causing the hydrolock. Our kids are grown, no grandkids, and no other family members interested. I am now disabled and work/maintenance is getting too hard for me.
NOW, THE GOOD FEATURES: -Boat has been well maintained it's entire life, with regular winterization, including engine oil, drive oil, impeller changes. Either shrink-wrapped or winteredenclosures. *All maintenance performed last Fall during winterization (receipt included) -NEW bimini tops with full camper enclosure done by Sugarhouse Industries in 2023. Paperwork and warranty included. $5k paid. -2 BRAND NEW deep cycle marine batteries w/switch. -5 new trailer tires in 2021, about 1k miles, excellent treadmill, and no cracking. -30amp shore power w/25' cord and adapters included. -20gal fresh water tank supplies galley and head sinks. Just cleaned and sanitized when pumps replaced this year. -2 NEW SeaFlo 42 series water pumps w/expansion tanks, one for sinks, and second for transom shower. -NEW thermostatic controlled transom shower w/extended hose; can be used on swim deak or in salon enlosure. -Head with black tank (unknown capacity) -V berth with filler cushions to make bed (no tears or stains) -Aft cabin with original pad and thin topper (no tears or stains) -Galley equipped with sink, 2-burner electric/alcohol stove top, and non-working fridge. -Newer Sony Bluetooth marine stereo w/4speakers -Vinyl seats in great shape with only minor cracking on bench seat top. Inside interior dated, but in excellent shape. Interior carpet has staining, no tears. -Bravo One outdrive with Mirage prop (steel prop inlcuded) -VHF Radio -Two manual downriggers, one new in box. -All necessary gear such as anchor w/chain and rope, dock lines, bumpers, and anything else I can find will be included. -ANOTHER BONUS: Just before engine seized, 50 gallons of ethanol-free, high octane gas put in, about $300.
