Zelle2015 Ford Transit Medium Roof Camper Van – Solar, Roof Rack, Awning, Sink/Pump, etc. – $45,000 OBO
___
I've owned it since April 2025. I’ve put about 17,000 mi on it. Only selling because I’m looking to find a more permanent place to live with my work schedule! Clean Texas title.
The build out was completed by the previous owner. Prior to the conversion, it was used as a cargo van.
The layout is intentionally open, leaving plenty of flexibility for storage or future modifications. I used the space under the bed platform to store gear, but it would be easy to reconfigure if you prefer a different layout (add shelves/racks).
Asking $45,000 OBO. I'm not in a rush to sell. I'm available now, though I'll be in and out of Colorado from mid-August through mid-October–I'll have several short windows when the van will be available to view around Buena Vista and southwest Colorado (Telluride/Montrose/Durango).
___
General Info:
Make / Model: Ford Transit Van, Medium Roof (I’m 5’7’’ + can stand!)
Year: 2015
Mileage: 148,XXX mi.
Engine: 3.5L EcoBoost V6
Transmission: TRC30 6 Speed Auto
I usually get 16-19 mpg.
__
Work / Maintenance:
Engine valve cover replaced (2026)
Front brakes replaced (2025)
Battery, tires, spark plugs, coolant hoses, radiator components, and belts replaced (2024)
Fuel system cleaned (2024)
Transmission replaced at 92,XXX miles (2021)
Regular oil changes and tire rotations
Happy to send a full list / Carfax with more details of all the work that’s been documented.
The van lived in Ohio and Pennsylvania before I purchased it, so there is some undercarriage rust and a few exterior rust spots. Happy to provide detailed photos.
Cosmetic wear is consistent with an 11-year-old van. Most noticeably, there are dents in the front driver's-side bumper and rear passenger-side bumper. These are cosmetic only and have never affected function.
___
Electrical:
- Renogy solar system (2×100W panels)
- 200Ah lithium battery bank
- 1500W inverter
- Alternator charging system with battery isolator
Exterior:
- Aluminess roof rack with crossbars + ladder
- Fiamma F45S awning
- Class III hitch with brake controller
Interior:
- Swivel passenger seat
- Closed-cell spray foam insulation
- Wood ceiling
- Cork flooring
- Full-size bed platform
- MaxxAir fan
- Rear door windows with blackout shades
- Ruvati sink with Xylem water pump
- BougeRV chest fridge

- Last owner had a cassette toilet setup (pictured to give an idea of where you could put one). I took it out as it took up too much space.
