VenmoSelling one of two Epiphone Masterbilt AJ-500RE acoustics. These are Epiphone’s all-solid-wood line: solid Sitka spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, hand-scalloped bracing, dovetail neck joint with hide glue, bone nut and saddle, gold Grover Sta-Tite tuners. Advanced Jumbo body — slope shoulders, deep bass, clear mids.
Honest history: it came to me dehydrated. I’ve kept it in controlled humidity for about a year and the top has recovered well. It’s in much better shape than when I got it, but I’m selling it as a project, not a finished instrument — it’ll want a setup from a luthier to play its best.
The factory eSonic2 electronics were removed before I got it, so the mounting holes are still there. Easy to leave as a straight acoustic or fit a new pickup.
Solid rosewood at this price is genuinely rare. Come try it before you buy — I’d rather you see exactly what you’re getting.
$250 each, cash preferred. Two available, both for $450.
KSL Classifieds makes it easy to buy and sell with peace of mind. Check our safety tips and quickly report anything that doesn’t look right to keep your experience smooth and secure.
