Fall pasture available for cattle in Northern Utah. Ideal for clearing mature dry grass and knocking down thatch before winter.

Headcount: Max 8 head of cattle (no outside horses/equines).

Water Source: Active live spring on-site. Stock owner must be prepared to haul water or haul stock off if dry fall weather causes flow to drop.

Rate: $2.00 per head/day cash OR open to trading grazing access for clean 2-string grass hay bales (delivered).
