We used it for goats and chickens simultaneously. We decided to rehome the goats and keep the birds. Selling because I want to build a coop that’s more of a dedicated coop instead of a barn. Also want it further away from the house. Barn is 8’x8’ with approximately 2’ of overhang on each side. Floor joists and decking are pressure treated. Joists and rafters are 2x6. Walls are 2x4 and insulated. Picture window is insulated. The 2 small windows are not insulated. It has outlets installed. I used them for the lights and a water warmer. Lights are on a timer. Lights are included. For addd strength I built it with a central post that goes from the floor the rafters. Buyer needs to organize/pay for transport. That’s why it’s free. Very stout, dry and warm.
