Rehoming due to not getting along with toddler, looking toward the future of having another child as well. Love him dearly but want the best for him.
Thor is a sweet, incredibly athletic, and loyal boy with a massive zest for life! He has an absolute passion for fetch and will happily run and chase a ball without ever tiring out. Thor is fully house- trained, crate-trained, knows his basic commands, and has spent his life successfully living alongside another dog. While it can take him a moment to warm up to new furry friends, he is a sensitive soul who deeply craves human connection and would absolutely thrive as the center of attention in an active, adult-only home.
Because of his high physical drive, he experiences some situational anxiety when he doesn't get quite enough exercise, which is currently managed well with daily Clomipramine. He does best with an owner who can provide twice-daily exercise and standard crate management when leaving the house. To keep his sensitive stomach happy, he simply needs a small, crunchy snack right before bed to prevent morning bile, a few minutes to cool down after intense fetch before eating or drinking, and a little space from other dogs while out on walks. He is incredibly affectionate, healthy, up-to- date on all care, and ready to be a devoted companion to a family that matches his wonderful, active spirit!
