This is a used Thule 2 bicycle hitch mounted carrier. It is an older version and does have the click straps as well that are included. The click straps were a little small for the mountain bikes I carried so I used the nylon straps which worked nicely. The thing I like about this rack is how light weight and easy it is to use and to take on and off my vehicle. It has a 2" hitch connection and plenty of life left in it. I simply have too many bicycle racks.
