Boat is in running condition, but it overheats. I’ve been unable to figure out how to fix it and it’s time for me to let this great boat go. Recent work to try and fix overheating issue includes:
· Replaced impeller (June 2026) · Checked all hoses (June 2026) · Replaced thermostat and housing (July 2026)
Boat and trailer work great, and a lot of work has been done on it. Aside from that one significant issue of overheating, this boat is in really good shape. Hopefully somebody out there has the interest/skill to take advantage of this boat that has been so great for so many years.
Here’s what you get with this boat: · Working trailer with four good tires and working electrical system. Tows well. Bearings repacked in 2025. · Trailer itself if sold alone could be sold for about $500 · Had an oil change late last year (2025, probably 5 hours of engine use ago) · New Kenwood stereo and speakers installed (2023) · I recarpeted the entire floor 3 years ago (2024) · Much of the original upholstery has been redone and looks good (2024) · Bilge pump fixed (2025) · Landing gear fixed (2025) · PS leak fixed (2025) · Rebuilt carburetor (May, 2026) · New ignition system (May 2026) · Fuel filter replaced (May 2026) · Replaced gimble bearing (May 2026) · Replaced impeller (June 2026) · Checked all hoses (June 2026) · Replaced thermostat and housing (July 2026) · Deck lines, propellers and other random items in photos
