Dex is a stable, confident, forward, and social 1-year-old German Shepherd with level 2 advanced obedience and a solid start in protection work. He has an excellent working foundation with plenty of room to continue developing.

Dex lives as part of our pack and does well with both large and small dogs. He is comfortable around other dogs and will appropriately correct one that is overly pushy or disrespectful.

He enjoys working and has plenty of toy drive, making him fun and rewarding to train. He handles new places and experiences well and has the self-confidence to adjust without needing constant reassurance.

We own both of Dex's parents. His sire is a Czech import and former Calgary, Canada K9, giving us firsthand knowledge of the genetics behind him.

Dex's protection training includes foundational bite work, while his obedience is considerably more advanced. At only one year old, he is a well-started young working dog with a strong foundation for someone who wants to continue his development.
