The tractor itself runs great—starts right up, runs smooth, and drives like it should. I’ve recently put quite a bit of work into it, including:
-
Brand-new spindles
-
New blades
-
New transmission belt
-
New mower/deck belt
-
New filters
-
Fresh oil change
-
Thoroughly cleaned up
The only issue is with the mower deck. When I engage the blades, the engine starts to bog down, and the brand-new deck belt I installed got chewed up after about 5 minutes. I’m guessing something in the deck, pulley, or belt alignment needs to be adjusted or replaced, but I haven’t been able to figure it out.
Great tractor for someone who knows their way around mower decks or wants an easy project. Selling as-is because I don’t have the time to keep troubleshooting it.
