Baywood #401 Your portion of August is paid! We will pay the $50 application fee. Baywood is a condo complex located across the street from the Provo Smith's, Chom Burger, and Sodalicious! It is also very close to the Provo City Library, less than a five minute drive from BYU campus and is located within 1 block to the UVX bus stop. Each unit has four private bedrooms and two bathrooms for a total of four tenants per condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as central air. The complex has uncovered first come, first serve parking reserved for Baywood tenants, but there are almost always spots.

Rent is $549 Tenant pays a $30/month resident benefits package. Gas, Internet, and electric are split evenly by number of tenants, usually about $45. Total about $625
