Our tenants of the last 1 1/2 years are moving out so we will have availability starting July 1st. Our recently updated daylight basement in a quiet Taylorsville neighborhood. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and dressers. There are also two large storage closets and two large shelving areas for plenty of storage. With comfortable and modern seating in the living room, basic kitchen needs and towels provided, everything is ready for you to make this space your home. We'll set the passcode lock to the separate entrance to your requested code for the duration of your stay. Our laundry room is in your space, so you will have majority access to laundry, my husband and I will arrange laundry days during which we can use the washer and dryer. Please keep in mind that our friendly yellow lab who lives upstairs as well, so if you are allergic or scared of dogs we may not be the best fit for you. This would be a great space for a small family or roommates. Our home is just a few blocks away from SLCC Taylorsville campus, easy driving or biking distance. We're also a little over a mile from the beautiful new Taylorsville Temple.
