This compact car seat has a black padded seat area and includes an integrated shoulder belt positioning strap with a red clip to put the seatbelt at a child's shoulder height. Shows minor scuffs and marks from normal use (and a blue crayon that melted in the car), but still functions with straps and tags intact. The adjustable lap belt holders don't stay adjusted and really only stay in the smallest position for a child ages 3-4, so that's why only asking $15 OBO.
