Selling our 2021 Coachmen Catalina Legacy 263bhsck. We've owned this trailer for 4 years and have had the absolute best time with it. We've just upgraded to a trailer with a seperate bunkhouse so it's time to let this one go. Within the last year this trailer has gotten 4 new stabilizer jacks, a new tongue jack, a new awning, 2 new deep cycle 6V batteries, and a 150W solar panel kit. I had also previously installed a power kill switch before the solar was installed. This still functions and ensures the trailer doesnt draw power, but lets the solar still keep the batteries topped off. The AC has a soft start installed so you can utilize your AC while plugged into your house. We are also including a westinghouse Igen4500dfc generator, and the stabilizer hitch in the sale.

There are some signs of use as is expected with a 5 year old trailer that got frequent use, but all in all this trailer is in amazing condition. It's always been properly winterized, and thoroughly cleaned after every trip.
