VenmoThis hitch appears to be brand new, the side rails were previously bolted to the center section but it doesn't look to have been fully installed or used. The bolts to hold the side rails to the center section are a little rough and it would be wise to replace them with new bolts. All of the parts appear to be accounted for but I did not open the hardware bag. When this was listed on the Mepareri website and Amazon, it was $460, I found a similar product on eBay for $380.
