VenmoI am a saddlesmith that specializes in customizing saddles for the trail. This is a solid 15" Mike Schultz custom ranch saddle that sits big. This saddle has a steep cantle and a padded seat with a nice pocket that sits you down in the saddle instead of "on" the saddle. The saddle has a 9" gullet, so if you have a wide horse, this could be your fit. Set up with saddle rings and strings all the way around to tie and clip your gear on. I added a crupper ring in the back and breast collar D-rings mounted high to put your collar where it should go instead of down low, where it interferes with the shoulder movement of the horse. The saddle has real wool fleece, a mulehide horn wrap to protect your horn cover, and a lariat keeper. This would be a great working ranch or hunting saddle.
