The seat can face forward or backward, reclines completely, and the whole frame collapses down easily. It also has a big canopy with a peek-a-boo window, a huge under-seat basket, and a storage pouch on the back. Holds children from birth up to 50 lbs. It’s in great shape mechanically and the fabric is clean, though the frame has a few minor scuffs and the tires show normal signs of use (tires are aired up and good to go). It's been sitting in storage so I'm going to give it a fresh vacuum and wipe-down before pick up or drop off. From a non-smoking, dog-friendly home.
