The playset is used and shows normal outdoor weathering, but it’s a substantial set with lots of life and fun left in it. A little staining/sealing would really freshen it up.
IMPORTANT: Buyer is responsible for disassembling, loading, and transporting the entire playset. It is currently fully assembled in the backyard, so please come prepared with the appropriate tools, vehicle/trailer, and help needed to take it apart and move it.
