We recently had this trailer in the Uintas on a very rainy weekend and it kept us warm and dry. The trailer has a fridge, stove, sink, heater, water tank, full propane tank, and “Porta Potti” toilet. The stove, sink, and porta potti work. I have not tested the heater or fridge but the pilot lights and stays lit. The trailer does not currently have a battery. There is a queen bed, a full bed, and the table folds down into a bed. This is a very light trailer at around 1,300lbs. It pulls nicely, pops up easily, and really just does its job. Don’t expect perfection because it is an old and ugly trailer with some cosmetic defects. I’m happy to take a phone call to answer any questions/give more details. Utah title in my name and in hand.
