We’ve absolutely loved this trailer! It has been an awesome family trailer with a ton of sleeping space, storage, and features that make it perfect for camping with kids, teenagers, or a larger family.

- Dinette converts into a bed\
- Couch converts into a bed\
- Comfortably sleeps 8, or up to 10 if two kids/teens share the dinette and couch beds\

- Full indoor kitchen and bathroom\
- Tons of interior and exterior storage\
- Upgraded propane tanks\
- Black tank has been regularly flushed\
- Tanks have always been treated and maintained\
- Everything works well
Full Transparency on Condition This is an 8-year-old trailer, so it isn't perfect, but it has been well cared for and has been an AMAZING trailer for our family.
On our second-to-last camping trip, a random dust devil came through our campsite. Somehow it missed the other trailers and pop-up shades and hit ours, damaging the awning. The awning is currently secured/tied up to the trailer and will need to be replaced.
I'm giving the buyer two options:\
- Buy it as-is and I'll take $1,500 OFF the list price.
If you're handy and have a couple of people to help, replacement awnings typically run around $650–$850, so there is an opportunity to save some money by doing it yourself.
- Pay the full list price and I'll replace the awning for you before the sale. There are also some heat cracks on the inside of the entry door. These are cosmetic, the door still functions properly.
Other than those items, everything works well. I'm not trying to advertise an 8-year-old trailer as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. It has normal wear from being used and enjoyed, but it's still in great shape where it matters and has a ton of life left in it.
Tires are in great condition!
The 2890BHS floor plan is fantastic for families. Between the four bunks, private queen bedroom, convertible couch and dinette, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and all the storage, it's incredibly functional without feeling cramped.
We’ve made a lot of great memories in this trailer and would love to see another family get just as much use and enjoyment out of it.
