Used for only one season. Overall, it is in good usable condition.

Please note:

• There is a water mark/discoloration on the top from outdoor use.

• There is a small split/tear in the fabric, apparently from contact with the wood. I have included a close-up photo so the condition is completely clear.

• Otherwise, the cover is in good condition and ready to provide another season of protection.
