Barb really is a horse that would be an excellent addition to anyone’s string. She really excels in the mountains. She crosses water, mud, and logs like they aren’t even there. She just packed 10 miles into the Uintas up to dollar lake and was an absolute dream as a packhorse. She’s got extremely hard feet.

Barb has spent the last 6 months in the badlands of North Dakota and Montana, she knows a full days work and has had many 15-20 mile days. She’s built like a tank and knows a full days work. She’s been roped on and used consistently by a 14 year old kid who has nothing but good things to say about her.

The only reason I’m selling her is that she isn’t big enough for me, she’s a great horse and I wish she was bigger so I could keep her.
