These came with our house and ran without issues. All three were working when our plumber removed them in June. Sold as-is.. We removed them only because we converted to gas tankless.
Digital thermostatic temperature control, 3/4" connections, 150 PSI max operating pressure, indoor use. Complete units with covers and knobs, no dents or damage, labels intact. Cabinets are clean — see photos. PEX stubs are still attached at the inlet/outlet; you'll want to cut back and fit to your own plumbing. Serial numbers are photographed if you want to look anything up.
Electrical specs: 27 kW unit requires three 40-amp double-pole breakers (~113A). Each 18 kW unit requires two 40-amp double-poles (~75A). Worth confirming your panel capacity before pickup.
Selling all three as one lot — not splitting them up, so please don't ask.
