In the early 2000's, all of these Vintage Christmas Village sets; the10 buildings/docks and a couple of dozen figures and smaller sets; as well as a sealed bag of trees and even the cotton "pad" that simulates snow that the village pieces are sat were purchased to display a large Xmas village for the Holidays.

They were literally only displayed for one year, and then put away in boxes and never opened or displayed again.

The two Lemax buildings were actually purchased as Xmas gifts and never even opened or displayed; and have their respective price tags still one them (%9.99 & 64.99, respectively). Same with the sealed bag of trees.

As the pictures show, all of the items are in excellent condition. Each building in its box was opened and inspected to ensure that there were no breaks, cracks, chips or any other physical issue with them. All of the electronic lights function perfectly.

I know that the cost of all of the items shown when totaled is far in excess of $700.00, so my asking price of $140.00 is barely more than the cost of the two Lemax buildings alone.

If you look online, you will see that several of these buildings are deemed collector items and have price tags between $70 - $135 EACH). I can provide you links to these, but you can easily Google them to verify this yourself.
