Known Issues: • Refrigerator does not work • Awning has some staining/discoloration from age, awning bag is ripped • Awning leg brace is damaged but can be repaired • Entry door has a few broken clips but mounts, secures, and functions properly • Entry step has some flex/sag common with older campers (I use a support under the step while camping, included with sale) • Dinette table has a slight sag from a previous owner using it as a bed support • electric winch for opening and closing popup has cracks on plastic covering but does not affect function • No built-in gray water tank (factory design). Sink and shower drain into a portable gray water container or bucket.

Overall, the camper is in good condition for its age with clean canvas, a clean interior, and lots of camping life left. Everything needed for a family camping trip without the cost of a full-size travel trailer.
