Important Note on Setup / Account Status:
I no longer have access to the original Ring account it was registered to.
Because of this, setup requires using Ring’s standard Ownership Transfer process:
Download the Ring app and scan the QR code/MAC address on the unit.
The app will notify you that the device is registered and automatically send an email release request to the previous account.
If the previous owner does not respond/contest within roughly 15 days, Ring automatically unlocks and transfers the device to your account.
