Venmo5x4 unfinished Chicken coop + run, 3 nesting boxes, 2 perch posts, 16x16 chicken run fencing that is made of panels to shape as needed. Comes with spare window (or an extra for the other side), chicken water tower, chicken feeder, extra roof shingles, and pdf of coop plan (upon purchase). No leaks, cracks, or holes. Very lightly worn from weather, nothing you can’t easily replace or sand off of the surface. Built a year ago.
Will need many hands or a machine to load, very sturdy and heavy duty.

$1800 with the flock (15 laying hens, 1 silkie rooster) OBO
