VenmoYear: 2016
Size: 58 cm - Recommended rider height = 6'0" to 6'3" (I'm 6'5" and it worked great).
For those looking for a multiple purpose bike - gravel-grinder, cyclocross, commuter, and backpacking rig - it's a do it all machine.
Fenders and rear rack added. Strap on some saddle bags, load it up and hit the road.
The Advocate Cycles Lorax has a distinctive “Midsummer in Minnesota Green” metallic finish, with original Adam Turman Lorax artwork on the top tube, incorporating Minnesota's Norway Pine.
The Lorax is built around a double-butted Reynolds 525 chromoly steel frame paired with a full-carbon fork. Its stable, relatively upright geometry makes it comfortable for long rides and mixed terrain while still feeling lively enough for everyday road and gravel riding.

The modular rear dropouts allow the Lorax to accommodate different drivetrain and hub configurations, including geared and singlespeed setups.
The frame was designed with generous tire clearance and is capable of running larger gravel tires, making it a great platform for everything from daily commuting to loaded touring and bikepacking.
The Lorax originally sold for $1,799 complete and stood out for combining a Reynolds steel frame, carbon fork, disc brakes, versatile geometry, and extensive mounting options.
Condition: Used and presents very well overall. See photos for cosmetic condition and current component configuration.
A great choice for someone looking for a comfortable steel gravel bike, commuter, touring bike, or bikepacking rig—and considerably less common than the typical Surly, Salsa, Trek, or Specialized.
