This is an awesome trailer that can comfortably sleep 7 adults or 8-9 people if there are smaller people or children in the mix. We have 7 children, and our whole family of 9 can sleep in here. There are 3 spacious beds, and the table and the bench also turn into beds, for a total of 5 beds. We have owned it since 2019 and have loved it! It is 22 ft from the tongue to the bumper, and about 26 ft long when the rear bed is out. It is light weight and easy to pull. We have always kept a cover on it, but the cover recently ripped up in a storm. Unfortunately, it ended up getting some water damage so that there is a soft spot in the floor. You can't see it, but you can feel it when you walk on it. We recaulked the roof, but we just don't have the time to repair the soft spot in the floor and have decided to just sell it as is. We still took it camping once this year, so it's still in working order. We have discounted it about $2,500 to account for the floor. You can see in the photos that it has a refrigerator, freezer, AC, heater, stove top oven, stereo system, sink, bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. It has a water heater, water tank, grey water tank, black (sewer) tank, and two propane tanks. Overall, it is in fair or good condition for it's age, other than the new soft spot in the floor.
