ZelleI bought this portable restroom about two years ago for a project that never happened, and it has been sitting ever since. It has never been unwrapped, never had water run through it, and never had power hooked to it. The plastic is still on the toilet seat, the faucet, and the door handle. It is about as new as it gets without being on a dealer lot.
This is a full bathroom in one insulated, steel framed box. Flush toilet, ceramic vanity sink with faucet, mirror cabinet, and a real shower with a pan and a fan shaped glass door. LVT plank flooring, exhaust fan, interior light, power outlet with USB, and a window that opens. Two inch insulated walls and roof, so this is not a plastic porta potty.
Outside it is 75 by 85 inches, about 7 feet 9 inches tall, and the door is 32 inches wide. Hook it to water, power, and a septic or sewer line and you are in business. It has separate hot and cold inlets, so most people run an on demand water heater to it for the shower.
There are lifting eyes on top and forklift pockets underneath, so it loads easy with a forklift or a skid steer. It weighs around 1,500 pounds.
Good fit for a shop, a jobsite, a barn or arena, a campground, a hunting or river property, an ADU or guest space, or anywhere you want a bathroom without building one.
