I have personally tested this unit. Both 50 amp legs have proper voltage and the voltage boost/regulation function is working. It noticeably improves low incoming voltage.

One indicator light on the front panel appears to stay illuminated, but it does not affect operation from what I can tell. Selling it as-is because of that cosmetic/indicator issue.
