VenmoThis Specialized's top tier race bike that is optimized for Utah's XC scene. There isn't a faster bike on the market for NICA courses.
$2000 in recent upgrades and new components.
You'll get comments on the paint job every time you ride, and leave them eating your dust.
This bike has been maintained to race standard and ready to ride as is.
Bike Build
Frame: S-Works Epic WC Fact 12 carbon, size XL Fork: RockShox SID SL Ultimate, brand new Charger Raceday 2 damper, three-position crown dial (open, pedal, lock 100mm travel); it says Brain, but the damper is not Brain Rear shock: RockShox SIDLuxe (75mm travel) Cranks: SRAM XX SL Carbon, 175mm, T-Type 34T chainring Rear derailleur and shifter: SRAM Eagle 90 mechanical Cassette: Brand new Garbaruk T-Type 10-52 (lighter than XX SL) Chain: New SRAM XO T-Type Brakes: SRAM Level Ultimate, SRAM rotors front (180mm) and rear (160mm) Wheels: Roval Control SL carbon, tubeless Tires: Maxxis Aspen 29x2.40 WT, 120 TPI, EXO, tubeless with new Orange Seal Dropper: RockShox Reverb AXS Saddle: New Specialized Power Pro w/ Mirror
A note on the drivetrain. This came with SRAM AXS electronic shifting and I switched to Eagle 90 mechanical on purpose after repeated electronic failures. For racing, I've found a cable is more reliable than a battery. The frame, cassett, chain, chainring and XX SL cranks accept AXS again without modification if you prefer it.
I have the XX SL transmission derailleur and pod shifter, but had battery contact issues. This can be included if you want to reconvert to electronic and tinker with the electrical components.
I'm selling now as I recently crushed my Leadville goal and am going to ride my larger travel bike more.
