This is a Mason & Hamlin 5’4” Model B, made in Haverhill, MA. It is in pristine condition and

has been tuned every six months by the same tuner and technician on the restoration team.

Brigham Larson Pianos, Orem, UT, completed the following:

•Cabinetry refinished: Satin Ebony

•Through cleaning all essential parts were removed and inspected, repaired or replaced if

needed

•Action tightening, alignment, and lubrication

•Hammers reshaped

•Hammer flanges re-pinned

•Full action regulation for all keys

•Final prep and tuning, voicing, pitch raise, tuning to A-440

This is an excellent instrument, and a magnificent sound more like a 6’ piano. It will not

disappoint! It has been such a great instrument to play. Nearly giving it away after years of

playing on it, due to downsizing. It’s looking for a new home where it will be loved and give

years of great enjoyment.
