• Chest flys, leg press, lat pulldown, low row, chest press, shoulder press, leg extension, preacher curl, Abs band, calf training, back extension, mid row, and more.

• Sturdy U-shaped base with commercial-grade reinforcement for stability and durability. The main frame is designed with non-slip foot pads for shock absorption, and floor protection.

• The leg extension pedals can be adjusted in height or front-to-back position, as well as the multi-level adjustment of the butterfly arms and seat cushion for different heights.

• Smooth Pulley System: 150LBS weight stacks with steel shaft pulleys and high-strength wire rope.

• The leg extension part and preacher curl pad can be replaced or stored as needed. The bottom hook makes it easy to store the rowing rope.

*It’s pretty easy to disassemble and move, but you must be able to move it up from the basement and transport it yourself.
