Pair Vintage Quoizel Hurricane Lamps, Blue Floral, Brass, Working
Beautiful matched pair of vintage Quoizel "Abigail Adams" hurricane lamps, dated 1977 and marked #1960-3¼ on the underside of both bases — confirmed matching set, not just similar lamps put together. Features hand-painted floral design in soft blue and white satin glass, with a ruffled/crimped top rim and clear glass chimney inserts. Brass hardware and detailed footed brass base give these a classic "Gone With the Wind" parlor lamp look. Approx. 24" tall. Both lamps are wired and working — tested and confirmed. Glass shades and chimneys are in good condition, no chips on the rims. Normal light wear from age consistent with vintage pieces. Quoizel's Abigail Adams line is a well-known, actively collected pattern, and this blue colorway is one of the more desirable ones. A true matched, marked pair like this is harder to find than single lamps. Great for a bedroom, flanking a mantel, or as a statement pair on a console table. Smoke-free home. Researched value: Single lamp, good condition, working: roughly $100–$200, trending toward the upper end for clean glass, no chips on the ruffled rim, and correct original chimney. Confirmed matched pair (this set): genuine marked Quoizel Abigail Adams pairs are specifically sought after by buyers furnishing a bedroom or flanking a mantle, and pairs consistently list and sell in the $250–$450 range, with excellent-condition, fully-working pairs (as these are) reaching $400–$600. Price $400 Cash only, pick up in South Ogden. Call 719-839-2204
