💫 Details:

• Available Sundays and/or Wednesdays and every other Saturday (full day)

• $150/day (6 hours)

• 3-month contract required

• Private room with locking door (key copy ~$10)

• Shared lobby/waiting area

This space is ideal for a massage therapist or other bodyworker who values a clean, grounded, and welcoming environment. I’m intentional about who I share the space with and would love to find someone aligned.

A deposit of $300 and a background check will be required along with any applicable DOPL fees (required now under their new policy), all due upfront.
