On-site parking is available in front of and alongside the duplex. Additional street parking is available nearby; however, tenants are responsible for observing posted parking restrictions and signage.

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on breed, size, and temperament, as the current tenant has a cat.
Approved pets require a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit and $40 per month in pet rent.
